No, this is not a podcast about rock climbing - however I see a lot of similarities between the art of "free solo" climbing and navigating our day-to-day life. Climbers must create their own route, practice, test, build physical and mental toughness, work with a team as well as take risks to reach their ultimate goal, the summit.
