Founders Linda Stanes, Diana Chirilas and Sophie Curl moved to Sydney in 2007 and the trio have tailored the Swedish 'Fika' concept for the Australian market ever since. Their vision is to grow the business in store and online, marketing the many different aspects of Swedish food, drinks and lifestyle. Currently three locations, Fika's Cafe in Manly opened in 2013, their Bondi venture in 2019 and their Manly Bakery in 2022.
