La Fipe, Federazione Italiana Pubblici Esercizi, è l’associazione leader nel settore della ristorazione, dell’intrattenimento e del turismo, nel quale operano più di 300 mila aziende. Rappresenta e assiste bar, ristoranti, pizzeria, gelaterie, pasticcerie, discoteche, stabilimenti balneari, ma anche mense, ristorazione multilocalizzata, emettitori buoni pasto e casinò. Conta circa 1 milione di addetti ed un valore aggiunto di oltre 40 miliardi di euro. Il Presidente è Lino Enrico Stoppani. Fipe, the Italian Federation of Bars, Catering, Casinos and Entertainment, is the national leader association in the sector of public-related activities. It represents over 300.000 companies and retailers including bars, restaurants, nights and bathing establishments employing around 1,000,000 people, and an annual turnover of 40bn €. President for 2015-2020 is Lino Enrico Stoppani. At national level, FIPE is a member of Confcommercio (Italian General Confederation of Trade, Tourism and Services) which is the main organization in the tertiary sector and, togheter with other associations, represents the Tourism Industry (Confturismo). At European level, Fipe belongs to Hotrec, the European trade association of hotels, restaurants and cafés).
