Event Mechanics is an event services company that supports corporates, event production companies, incentive companies and travel agencies with project assistance, from management of the full event to smaller bite-size aspects of the overall project. We focus on events for a corporate or business audience including business talks, conferences, gala dinners, awards ceremonies, networking events, product launches, golf days as well as team builds or family fun days. We also work on live productions, media events, live-to-tv events (sporting, political, news content). We also have experience in creating income producing events for NGO’s or Associations with a focus on content or speaker. Available on a constulting, freelance, per project or buy out basis depending on your needs, locally and internationally.
