Overview

Energy Transition International Capital (ETIC), a Paris-based renewable energy investment firm that was created in 2020 and which is currently managing Energy Transition Europe fund (ETE). Granted the France Finance Verte Greenfin label and classified “article 9” within the framework of the Disclosure new European regulation, this fund – which is devoted to financing energy transition infrastructures - finances the construction of new European renewable energy production and storage capabilities, as well as the refinancing of projects that are already operational. The fund’s objective is to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy in Europe with a clear investment strategy and investment proposition which could be summarised as follows: • For developer-IPPs, flexible and innovative funding solutions through the use of preferred equity; • For investors, faster deployment of committed funds through access to pipeline, strong cash yield, and lower volatility of expected returns.
