Ethos Civil provides civil engineering, entitlement, and project management services throughout the Pacific Northwest. The firm excels in several aspects of civil engineering, including public corridors, storm drainage, low impact development (LID), site planning, water distribution, sanitary sewer, erosion control, permitting, cost estimating, and value engineering / value analysis.
