We work with systematic yet adaptable strategies to maximize the efficiency of dissemination of information, investor introduction and investment follow up. In addition, we have successfully executed numerous road shows and investor events. - Encounter Capital's business development team provides solutions for a number of financial technology companies entering the UK market; from lead generation to effectively acting as an outsourced sales and negotiation team. - Encounter Capital builds investor syndicates (up to four investors) to lend on a deal-by-deal basis for bridging finance and invoice finance transactions in the UK.
