The Diversity & Inclusion Charter is an independent initiative aimed at encouraging companies and individuals to not just say what they do, but further publicly pledge what actions they’ll take to make real-world change. Signatories are asked to publicly state who they are, what their diversity policy is and most crucially what small changes they pledge to make over the next 12 months to elicit actual positive change.
