Overview
The Department of Emergency & Customer Communications (DECC) is the primary Public Safety Access Point (PSAP) for all emergency services – law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical services (EMS) – within the City of Alexandria, Virginia. All 911 calls are routed through DECC along with non-emergency and 311 calls for over 20 departments throughout the City of Alexandria.
