Overview

CvBrain is an in formation startup, which is active in the Human Resources field and specifically in the Junior level personnel management and selection processes, having as a goal to succeed the smoothest match between the employer and the Junior candidate. It is the first new generation recruitment platform, by incorporating HR trends such as profiling and gamification and it will be a technological tool of communication with integrated candidate selection services for employers. CvBrain's target is to provide a friendly and professional environment between Juniors and employers, with the ultimate aim of creating perfect match conditions between those two, reducing risk during the selection processes. Junior candidates can create an integrated profile with rich content, which will serve as a digital resume and be called a CV Profile. Once they complete the necessary fields, they will play an interactive game at the end of which they will receive a report with their personality traits and soft skills that will integrate into their profile but also in our database. This will allow Juniors to gain an attractive profile for prospective employers who are looking for them. Employers can create a professional profile, in which they could publish their job posts and it will be called HR Profile. Through the corporate profile HRs can quickly, easily and efficiently find the right candidate for their company, via effective filtering directly through our database. CvBrain is aimed at ambitious young graduates of AEI/TEI/IEK/COLLEGE and other foreign schools with 0-4 years of experience in their field of employment, who are looking to find the ideal job for them and want to grow on a personal and professional level. Our vision is to create a global hub dedicated for Junior candidates, offering equal opportunities to everyone who want to start their careers now or find the next job they are looking for, contributing in the fight against unemployment and brain drain.
