Cushman & Wakefield National Capital Markets Group

Real Estate

Overview

Cushman & Wakefield’s National Capital Markets Group is the capital markets division of Cushman & Wakefield that specializes in structuring innovative capital solutions that support all real estate asset classes and strategies – core, core-plus, value-add, opportunitistic, and debt. The group was formed through Cushman & Wakefield’s 2007 acquisition of Sonnenblick & Goldman, a 120-year-old, real estate investment bank. Our clients include private and institutional investors, developers and capital sources, domiciled both domestically and internationally. Through our engineering of capital stacks, we source targeted debt and equity solutions to unlock value for our clients’ real estate requirements. This composition leads us to fully integrate into our clients’ senior decision making teams in an advisory and agency capacity. Cushman & Wakefield’s strategic acquisition of Greystone, a top US-based multifamily lender, enables us to provide our clients with more direct access to a broad range of debt products, and allows us to deliver best-in-class advisory services and capital solutions to existing and new clients across North America.
