CU Servnet is a Credit Union Servicing Organization or CUSO – the only one of its kind dedicated to mortgage loan subservicing. Our purpose is to generate ideas and design, build and implement new product initiatives for credit unions. We are committed to the very highest standard of member experience – a caring and responsive approach. Since 2005, CU Servnet has partnered with Cenlar as its mortgage subservicing partner. While Cenlar manages the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of mortgage loan servicing – CU Servnet sets the direction for the experience and product initiatives. They do this for dozens of credit unions and their members. In fact, they have been providing exceptional member-focused mortgage servicing to our partners’ members for more than 20 years. Together CU Servnet and Cenlar are committed to: • Delivering premier credit-union style member servicing that includes private label offerings exclusive to each credit union’s brand • Creating flexible customizable solutions tailored to the unique needs of each credit union • Providing a dedicated member service team who provides responsive, caring and personalized service CU Servnet’s leadership consists of industry veterans who share a single-minded approach to deliver the highest-quality service to members.
