Limerick Athletics (Formerly CrossFit Abbellire) is an officially licensed 4,000 square foot facility located in Limerick, PA. Our mission is to change people’s lives by using functional fitness methodologies. In addition, we want everyone who walks through our doors to understand what being fit really means. At Limerick Athletics, you will push yourself like you never have before and this will lead to results you've always been looking for. You will learn how to move your body the way it was supposed to through functional movements. You will squat, deadlift, press, pull, run, row, jump, and learn endless number of skills that will challenge you both physically and neurologically. Limerick Athletics is equipped with barbells, bumper plates, various weights, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, pull-up bars, gymnastic rings, and more. Through camaraderie and community, we guarantee you will do things that you never thought were possible such as doing your first pull-up. We celebrate every goal of each athlete.
