Megan Crook is a self-taught textile guru. She has been expanding her craft for over 15 years. During this time, Megan has developed a cult following for her unique and eye-catching designs. From hand to machine knits and pattern cutting to tailoring, Megan inherently combines a multitude of techniques and is forever seeking more knowledge and experience. In 2018 Megan Crook Textiles was born, this brand focus' on machine embroidery and embellishment to create unique and individual surface patterns using mixed materials and novelty knitting yarns. The outcome is an inspiring array of colour and texture showcased across a range of accessories, interiors and bespoke garments all created by hand in her Derbyshire studio. Crooked Knitwear: Megan's baby and first love now focus' on knit your own kits, the first of these launched last winter and we a busy beavering away creating some new treats to keep you busy this fall.
