Along with the Business Development plan, PT. Plaza Adika Lestari which previously only focused on Plaza Atrium and Graha Atrium management, then in 2015 began developing its business line. With the new brand name Property Cowell, which cannot be separated from its mother company, PT. Cowell Development Tbk. that focus of the business is Residential Project (Apartment & Landed House). Property Cowell means "Beyond Property" which meant starting to think not only of property management, but also began to aggressively develop new malls, old shopping malls acquisition, and development of the food court, named Food Colony. Acquired in 2012, Plaza Atrium is the first superblock in Jakarta and one of the first malls in Central Jakarta. It is strategically located in an integrated commercial area featuring entertainment centers, four-star hotels, and office buildings. Under the family mall concept, Plaza Atrium boasts over 800 quality tenants including Matahari Department Store, XXI, Fun World, Foodmart, and Food Colony.
