Overview

Born in Albuquerque, NM and raised throughout the South Bay area of Los Angeles, CA by a single mother, Jamie has always known what it was like to be different from those around him. His mother worked multiple jobs trying to put food on the table, and shoes on his feet. Only being able to see a doctor when severely ill, and seeing his mother not eat dinner to ensure he was fed, he saw firsthand what the word struggle means. At age 7 going to work with his “Uncle Bob”, an Entrepreneur who owned his own concrete pumping business he was able to learn the value of a hard day’s work. Getting up and being at the job site by 6 am or working till almost midnight began molding him at a young age to instill that “Get it done, no matter what it takes” mentality. Growing up never being able to play team sports when all his friends were playing little league and Pop Warner began to make him the outcast. This is when Jamie first saw a skateboard and fell in love. He loved skateboarding because he could excel at a sport, regardless of being an individual. Jamie put himself through college and began working in the action sports industry creating marketing and sales plans that helped shape the changing industry. Jamie was different, and thankfully still is today. Jamie is a family man with one son, two daughters, and a stepson based out of the Great State of Texas. He is the founder of Comstock Coverage, and working on his personal passion of beginning the nonprofit organization “Everybody Plays” helping kids whose parents cannot afford to enroll them in organized sports. Jamie has clients all over the country, thankful for educating, and helping their businesses, and nonprofits with their marketing and promotions. His core competency is helping large and small business owners ensure their marketing and promotional needs. His student mentality and desire he help other people is exemplified in his commitment to take care of you.
