A cluster system is a mean of promoting research and development to support industrial growth over the time -such as clean technologies, as underpinned by Government policy-. The "Vehicule of the Future Cluster" is an umbrella organisation of 20 private R&D centers, 60 public research teams, over a thousand suppliers, 114 000 employees, formed to conduct cooperative, pre-competitive research.
