Charitable Foundation "Your Territory" (Tvoya Territoria) is a non-commercial social organisation in Saint-Petersburg, that offers psychological support for youth experiencing difficulties in their lives. It was established in July 2014 by the workers of the Crisis Centre for Children http://deticenter.org. At the moment Foundation is coordinating a psychological support for youth under the age of 23 via internet. Recent research studies showed that it is much easier for a teenager to share their problems with a use of a chat services on-line. This method leaves their identity anonymous, while counsellors reassure confidentiality of a provided information. Counselling services are carried out by a qualified professionals and specially trained volunteers/ graduating students with psychological background. They are as well supervised when it is necessary. Russian-speaking youth contact counsellors regarding the following issues: - depression and emotional misbalance - risk of suicide - physical and sexual abuse - loss of a loved one - anxiety (school, home, friendship, relationship) - addictive behaviours - domestical abuse About 80% of our respondents are drawn to use counselling service on a daily basis. Since July till November about 757 children received a psychological support on our service. At present the service is available from 15:00 to 3:00. However, the Foundation is planning to shift the project to 24h availability. Благотворительный фонд «Твоя территория» оказывает помощь детям и подросткам в кризисной ситуации. Основной проект организации это «Психологическая помощь оn-line» - консультирование в формате чата (твоятерритория.онлайн) и через скайп анонимно и бесплатно для русскоговорящих детей и молодежи. Цель проекта - укрепление психологического здоровья, профилактика суицидального и рискованного поведения (аддиктивного, асоциального, в том числе правонарушений, безнадзорности) среди несовершеннолетних.
