Overview

ChangeAgent for Arab Development and Education Reform (CADER) is a leading Arab professional development company in the region. It is the coronation effort of a joint Arab-European study of the requirements for education reform and development in the Arab World. CADER is a distinguished model of public private partnership between academia and business that forms a consortium of two diverse regional and local institutions, each of which is an expert in its own field. This consortium is comprised of FAL Holdings Arabia Co. Ltd. a leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Yarmouk University, a prominent public University in Jordan. CADER was the first company in Jordan to establish a full-time team of Master Trainers and in-house instructional designers (content developers) for the purpose of developing and carrying out professional training programs that contribute to education reform and development. CADER started its work with offering its pioneer practicum High Education Diploma programs for teacher and principals, and introducing the school-based professional development approach in Jordan and the region. In doing so, CADER was the pioneer who paved the way for other providers to follow its path and offerings. CADER offers a wide spectrum of services such as academic programs, tailor-made professional development program, education reform consultations and online learning services. In its 17-year-portfolio, CADER trained more than 50,000 trainees, implemented more than 54 education reform projects and tailor-made more than 63 training programs.
