Overview

Would you, as a healthcare provider: - like to know how your patients have experienced your care; - decide for yourself what kind of questions you would like to ask your patients; - have, if needed, personal contact with your patients after receiving their feedback? With FeedbackRadar you ask the questions you think are important and give your patients space to share their story with you. Hospitals that work with FeedbackRadar have between 6,600 and 17,000 completed questionnaires on an annual basis. The majority of the questionnaires are not anonymous so that you, as a medical specialist or nurse, can have a conversation with your patient if requested by them. As a care provider, you receive the feedback from your patients directly (the feedback is not visible online) and you are responsible for handling the feedback yourself. Care providers tell us that this working method is highly appreciated because points for improvement, negative experience, questions and ambiguities can be picked up immediately at an early stage. As a result, patient value can be measured and improved (Value Based Healthcare). Compliments (and fortunately there are a lot of them) also are directly visible for the care provider. P.S. Hospitals also use FeedbackRadar for, for example, questioning general practitioners, MTOs, onboarding or evaluating projects. All this is possible within the same FeedbackRadar subscription: 1 fixed price, regardless of the number of questionnaires and the number of questions asked.
