Overview

Being in a mentorship process means everything, it's about blossoming, with beauty, abundance and integrity. After almost 15 years working as manager of projects, teams and products in the digital industry and by building up knowledge and expertise as a professional coach, mentor and therapist since 2016, I started a business to guide, mentor and assist people in their career development and business owners in the transformation process of their companies in order to keep up with innovation at the digital age and become a sustainable business, taking into account the environment, people and their governance, the so called ESG. Due to my own trajectory and experience, many women and foreigners, look for my professional mentorship: to find a placement in a company abroad, to learn how to work in a new environment and culture, to have personal and professional support in their adaptation process, to learn better communication or management tools, leadership and other professional skills, to know how to deal better with colleagues and partners and grow inside their companies and organization, as well as people looking for a career transition, new work possibilities, a career shift to a part-time job and more work-life balance and meaning in their lives.
