Cap3 Collective is a community built around founders, contributors, investors and supporters just like you. As a community-driven project, our members are involved in the selection process, funding decisions, and the profit of new Web3 projects. Membership into the DAO is obtained by minting a Genesis or Subscription Pass. Passholders (members of the DAO) vote on whether projects get funded or not and share in their profits without taking equity. Support can also be shown by claiming a MultiPass. Cap3 Collective was founded on the princple that members share in the profits of the funded project and its royalties. We don’t take equity like traditional capital providers, which means the founder retains 100% ownership. Traditional capital providers require founders to give a portion of their ownership as a condition of funding. We are different as we participate in profits once - traditional capital providers will participate forever. The community DAOFund™ will be created with $1M from the initial sale of the Genesis and Subscription Pass memberships. At the end of each Season, the renewal of Subscription Pass memberships will replenish the community DAOFund™ for the next 10 approved projects.
