Camera Bits is a leading developer of editing software for digital photography. Its core product, Photo Mechanic, has been a mainstay of digital photojournalism and event photography since 1998. Camera Bits was founded in 1996 by Dennis Walker, recipient of the NPPA's 2004 J. Winton Lemen award and lecturer on photo metadata.
