Cafè Los Andes was born from the will of a young Italo-Peruvian Entrepreneur supported by his family and young Italian Entrepreneurs The lots of the plantations owned by Cafè Los Andes are located in the valleys of Chanchamayo in Perù at a height between 1200 and 2000 meters above sea level. They are exclusive lots with an annual production of a few tons destined for the finest palates. At these heights there are 38 different microclimates, a unique feature given by the particular demographics of the country where in the West, next to the Amazon, there are mountains and then the Pacific coast. The microclimates of Chanchamayo thus allows to naturally reach the best quality of each grain The entire harvest is done exclusively by hand by our "Farmers", each grain is harvested, selected, cleaned and then dried directly in the sun. These features allow Cafè Los Andes to grow only 100% Arabica Single-Origin Coffee. Excellence in the sector. Coffee is known for its shine, softness and immense sweetness. Presents specifically floral, fruity and chocolaty sensors thanks to the proximity of other fruit and cocoa plantations. After the flowering and harvesting, the whole supply chain of Cafè Los Andes has been studied and elaborated to adopt completely NATURAL processes. Roasting, grinding and incalling are carried out with European machines for a perfect realization of the finished product. Thus are born the Bio-degradable pods of Cafè Los Andes. Made with a special filter paper for a coffee with history, aromas and unique perfumes. Cafè Los Andes through its Bio-degradable pods from the first day started to develop also its Eco-sustainable project, to safeguard the health of people and the entire planet.
