Bridgewater Capital is a privately held real estate investment company, focused on the acquisition of value-add multi-family properties that require rebranding or repositioning. By focusing on value-add multi-family properties, we are able to create significant equity through extensive capital improvements and streamlining operating expenses, thus increasing net operating income, and ultimately increasing cash flow. Our goal is to help our investors build passive income streams and long-term wealth through an offering of value-add, recession resistant, multi-family real estate.
