What is more, once we have found the perfect match, we help our tenants manage their rental commitments through supporting applications for benefits. We understand circumstances can change during a tenancy, which is why we offer specialist support to our tenants throughout their tenancy on matters such as benefits and debt issues. For landlords we provide a full risk assessment on each of your prospective tenants so you have the information you need to make the decisions on who you let your investments to. The risk assessments will highlight areas of concern, as well as the benefits you could gain through your prospective tenant.
