BOMCO, subsidiary of CNPC, is now China’s leading oilfield equipment manufacturer as well as world biggest land rig and mud pump manufacturer. And only for ADNOC (NDC), BOMCO have delivered 39 sets of land rigs. BOMCO has total assets of 1.8 billion USD，max annual turnover of 1.2 billion USD, and has total employee of over 6000. BOMCO delivered its first offshore drilling equipment in year 1983, one set of dynamic mast for China's first own made semi-sub rig KANTAN III. In year 2013, BOMCO gathered all offshore resources and established BOMCO Offshore Oilfield Equipment Branch, concentrating on offshore drilling package design and manufacturing, offshore drilling system engineering, surface and subsea key equipment research, offshore rig EPC, and drilling equipment upgrading. Till now, BOMCO has delivered 6 sets of 300ft jack-up rigs EPC projects, 82 sets of offshore modular drilling packages, over 400 sets of offshore drilling mud pumps, and dozens sets surface and subsea offshore equipment.
