We define ourselves as co-creators of the "Next Big Billion Dollar journey" by partnering with our clients throughout their journey from incubation to operations at scale. We fondly call this NEW SCIENCE OF SUCCESS, based on our three founding principles: i. IMPLEMENTATION OVER ADVISORY: We believe with an incremental rate of change in turbulence in the business space and the eco-system you operate in, providing advisory service will only promise you a set of industrial best practices which by the time you implement gets redundant. This real challenge lies in implementation and we at Blue Spark are committed to it. We intend to bring in a paradigm shift in the way management consulting is perceived and consumed as of now by partnering with our clients throughout the implementation phase till the time the desired change is realised. ii. INTER DISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE OVER DOMAIN EXPERTISE: Gone are the days with isolated and protected approaches. The new IP is what we call interdisciplinary perspectives, built on the belief that ideas and thinking from different origins want to complete each other and shape out the best possible alternative which you always desired for. iii. EXTREME EXPERIMENTATION AND FAIL FAST: In the turbulent ecosystem that we operate in, we believe real preparedness lies in the number of chances you create for yourself and in the number of unfinished/semi finished prototypes you create as a Business. The cost of finishing a prototype is far more compared to the cost of creating additional semi finished prototypes. This brings in the perspective of Extreme Experimentation. If we can reduce the cost of experimentation –thus throwing many, many darts at the dartboard within the same budget and time frame, then the probability of success will rise drastically.
