Overview

We were in the corporate world in an unconscious environment. Integrity, honesty and doing the right thing felt hard to come by. When you are kind it can be seen as a weakness and people can take advantage of this. There were times when we were continuously expected to put work first even when emotional support was needed. We knew that this didn’t add value or got the best out of a workforce and thought if businesses became more conscious of our planet, it’s people and ourselves they would evolve and create a sustainable culture focused on doing the right thing for the business, offering the right support and allowing the people to grow. Sometimes you cannot change your situation. Focussing on the parts we can change and accepting what we cannot help us to be open to new ways of working to be more comfortable with change. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. Our purpose is to be the change WE want to see in the world. By encouraging businesses and people to become mindful of what drives them and what they value most, we can transform a workplace to shine and do the right thing.
