Overview

Bama Services is a leading Indigenous civil, construction and landscaping services contractor based in Cairns and servicing the Cape York and Far North Queensland regions. Our Mission is to give the young people of the Cairns and Cape York regions the capability to participate in the real economy and therefore choose lives they have reason to value. We provide a Safe, Competent, Professional, Reliable and Competitive Indigenous workforce who successfully deliver high quality projects on time and on budget, while cultivating strong relationships with other Indigenous groups to optimise opportunities for local people and our clients. Our repeat clientele is testament to the standard and quality of the services we provide, comprising of Federal, State and Local Government Agencies as well as private and NFP Organisations. It’s our people who clearly differentiate Bama Services; we invest in the skills and personal growth of our team members as a means of developing a robust and sustainable enterprise. Our dedicated Support and Wellbeing Program assists in maintaining the health and wellbeing of our team members, and their families, by coordinating support services through individual case management and referrals to primary medical, nutrition, addiction, mental health and legal practitioners. All team members enter into trade qualification apprenticeships or traineeships in their business stream of civil, building, landscaping or administration.
