Overview

Welcome to Athlete Farm Training. If you are ready to take your game to the next level you are in the right place. We've designed our training programs to take your game to the next level no matter where you are starting from. This is done by utilizing the Athlete Farm Training Method - a hybrid of weight training, speed and training, and sport specific drills. Our belief is that in order to make you be best athlete that you can be, we need to determine your individual goals and create a personalized game plan for you to execute in the motivating group atmosphere that Athlete Farm Training is known for. We know that weight training in a group can seem intimidating if you have never done it before, which is why you will work one-on-one with a coach during your first session to ensure that you are moving in a safe and efficient manner. Our Athlete Farm Training Methodology has been used to train NHL and NFL Pros, NCAA and OHL athletes, and by those who simply want to step up their game in a positive, encouraging, and safe environment. Our goal is to change the lives of each and every person who steps through our doors.
