Since our inception, Artistic Properties believes in a fundamental philosophy: "Creating Living spaces and delivering exceptional professional service" Our focus is towards properties and businesses that not only provide economic and aesthetic value, but also minimize their impact on the environment, both culturally and geographically for the Dubai and beyond. We have successfully designed and developed two projects in Dubai, namely MR Tower and Artistic Villas. Both have been built to exacting standards set by every government authority. Our first project a 299 apartment residential Tower was completed in 2016 and has been handed over to their respective owners and the Owners association. The project constituted Studios, one and two bedroom apartments. Our second project, Artistic Villas, a boutique project consists of 12 G+2, townhouses of 4 en-suite bedrooms, with luxury fitting and an independent elevator in each unit. This project was successfully handed over to its owners in 2016/2017. Artistic Heights, our current project in Jumeirah Village Circle, is a showcase of our committed detailing to offer world class residential life-spaces to our demanding clients.
