Overview

ATSI is a Pacific Northwest Washington based, environmental, biological, and land use consulting and management firm providing services since 1988 (31 years). We assist our clients with all biological components (wetlands, streams, fish, wildlife, and habitat) for permitting projects at local, state, and federal levels. With large and small scale commercial, residential, and public projects, we assess biological critical areas on tracts greater than 1,000 acres and parcels less than 1 acre in size. While we regularly service Whatcom, Skagit, and Island counties, ATSI has clients in the greater Washington area, including Point Roberts and Snohomish, San Juan, and King counties, Alaska, and Canada. We consult with the cities of Anacortes, Bellingham, Blaine, Burlington, Ferndale, Lynden, Mount Vernon, and Sedro Woolley. Sovereign Nations we work with include the Upper Skagit, Nooksack, and Lummi Tribes. We have contracted for biological critical areas consulting with the City of Anacortes Planning and Community Development, Public Works, and Parks Departments, City of Bellingham Parks Department, and Port of Anacortes.
