Our mission is to connect people with properties in a simple way, focused on the users, and understanding how the generation that is effectively looking for properties behaves today. The main reality to be considered is that the millennials lease, rooms, apartments, houses . For this reason we believe it is important to understand the historical context in which we find ourselves, behaviors have changed, people have to comply with multiple requirements when applying to lease a property. This is why we seek to optimize the management of processes through a disruptive proposal, focused on users, we want their processes to be more agile allowing them, once they register, to manage their papers so that when they contact a property, the conversion is faster. On the other hand, those who advertise may receive a more complete request from a person who is interested in the property. When that synergy occurs between the interested party and the advertiser, it is when the match is made ... and for that we are working. We want the match to be: that our clients find their ideal property. To achieve this we want to complement with content creation, because we understand that it is an engine for our users to feel comfortable with us. We are constantly developing through agile methodologies, we aspire to lean methodologies, because we believe in the importance of the method to achieve objectives.
