Apostrophe was founded in 2010 by Australian Sommelier Gerard O'Bryan. He founded the company whilst living in Los Angeles, California. His goal was to import some of the best and most unique American wines that he had discovered whilst being based in the USA. In mid-2011 he returned to Australia and by early 2012 he'd realised his goal. The first shipment of Sineann and Porter Creek Vineyards wines landed in Sydney in January 2012. Since then many more producers have been added to the Apostrophe Wine portfolio. Apostrophe Wine brings a new dimension to the importation and distribution of Fine Wine in Australia.
