Dominic has 20+ years of real estate investment, development and construction experience. This experience totals $2 billion across more than 5,000 residential units and 2 million square feet of office, retail and mixed use projects. In addition to this experience, Dominic played a key role obtaining entitlements for another 3 million square feet of master planned development. Through its partners and affiliates, Andreas Ventures currently owns an interest in more than 2,000 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space.
