Dr. Anjali Chainani, CEO of Anavi Strategies, has worked in the local government and non-profit industries for over 20 years, gaining experience in evidence-informed policymaking, applied behavioral insights research, municipal budgeting and finance, and strategic change management. Most recently, Dr. Chainani led municipal level policy development as Director of Policy for Philadelphia Mayor James F. Kenney.
