The American Meteorological Society (AMS) established the Board for Early Career Professionals (BECP) to serve as a resource for the development of early career professionals, both academic and in career, and to serve as a platform for early career involvement in a variety of AMS-sponsored activities. The BECP is also here for you to aid in the advancement of your skills with AMS, continuing education and networking opportunities, to keep up with job openings through AMS listings, events, and your esteemed colleagues.
