American Subsidized Housing, LLC was formed by Roger Gendron who has over 30 year in the multi-family marketplace. Through partnerships and sole action Roger has established and helps to manage a portfolio of over 75 properties encompassing more than 10,000 units located in 12 states. American Subsidized Housing leverages the experience, relationships, insight and records of success that Mr. Gendron has acquired throughout his career in order to bring about valuable and timely transactions in the multi-family arena. American Subsidized Housing is currently working to acquire 300 to 1,000 affordable housing units by the end of 2012. Pooling together the resources of American Subsidized Housing and other industry leaders, we seeks to identify properties with opportunity to provide a positive transaction for the current owners, managers, tenants and for American Subsidized Housing. Many of our acquisitions include provisions to keep the current management in place, thus allowing owners to realize the equity they have accrued while still maintaining a valuable cash flow from the property. Speed and confidentiality are among our highest goals when working with an owner to evaluate their properties’.
