“ARM” is a fully licensed collection agency, is bonded, carries omission & liabilities insurance and maintains a separate trust account for all monies due to our clients. “ARM” develops a “partnership relationship” with its clients and acts as an extension of their Company. Consistently providing clients with updates on collection efforts, and delivering superior results, we adhere to all applicable laws governing debt collection, and understand the importance of customer retention! As a member of the National List of Attorneys, ONLY when it becomes necessary and makes sense, we can handle Legal Services. “ARM” would refer “suit worthy accounts” with written client approval, to collection attorney in the debtors’ county to obtain a possible judgment; and handle the follow up with the law firm until there is an account resolution.
