Overview

AUTODIA is a Greek non-profit music Collecting Society, owned and controlled by its Music Creator and Publisher members. It has been licensed by the Greek Ministry of Culture since 2003, in accordance with Greek Law. Its purpose is to collect and manage intellectual property rights of composers, authors, publishers and sub-publishers. AUTODIA is a full member of CISAC, the International Confederation of Authors and Composers Societies. It is also a member of BIEM, the International Confederation representing Mechanical Rights Societies. The Organization is administered and controlled by a 9-member Board of Directors and a 3-member Supervisory Body, consisted of Music Authors and Publishers. Since 2018 AUTODIA has substantially increased the repertoire it represents with a significant increase of direct Greek members while entering in reciprocal agreements with most collecting societies across the globe in order to represent the International repertoire in Greece, as well as major Music Publishers and Sub-Publishers such as Sony, BMG, Kobalt, Schott, Peermusic and Songtrust through direct and indirect representation contracts. AUTODIA's mission is to deliver a long-term, sustainable solution for collective management in Greece. For that purpose the Organization is employing highly specialized and experienced employees in all its main areas of operation: Public Performance, Broadcasting, Online, Mechanical Reproduction, Private Copy, Documentation, Distribution, IT & Infrastructure, Membership, Public Relations & International Affairs.
